Brussels’ best according to Gault&Millau

Gault&Millau has announced its annual selection of the Benelux’ best restaurants. Lots of Brussels chefs have been awarded, such as Karen Torosyan of Bozar Brasserie (Artisan Chef of the Year) and restaurant Cécilia’s Mélanie Englebin (Young Chef of the Year).
